Originally from India, Dubai Female Personal Trainer, Tasneem is a dynamic & highly motivated fitness professional who strives to achieve your individual fitness goals through a variety of training methods.
These training methods include Tabata, H.I.I.T, weight training, fat loss but most of all she will ensure you burn calories whilst having fun.
Her passion for Buddy Sessions, group fitness, and HIIT can also contribute towards you leading a more active lifestyle.
